Spinning the Reining Horse – a key manoeuvre in any reining pattern

This was filmed at a major futurity event in the warm-up pen late in the evening – Reining is not all flowing manes and long reins – the horses’ journey is often much different as the temperature rises to win competitions. Unfortunately, this is not the worst you would see in reprimanding a horse, but it’s not good either.
